Though the original Copper Rolling Mill was a one-story building, the renovated structure contains a second story above the Northern Spy Restaurant. This space, Copper Mill Hall, serves as:
A space for rotating exhibits of the Paul Revere Museum of Discovery and Innovation (MoDI).
An event space
A public and private meeting space with built-in audio and visual equipment
A program space for schools, libraries and other organizations
